Refund policy

Refunds, Exchanges, Returns, Etc.
We are so proud of each and every piece we sell. We want every customer to be totally satisfied and excited about their purchase. If you receive something you would like to return, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you will have to email us at janie@thescarab.com and request a store credit instead.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the item. Keep in mind that credit card processing typically takes several business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
